monday (8/16/21)

MOVE IN DAY

packed the whole car fullll of stuff as you can see

me and mom worked really hard and made the room all cute, washed all my kitchen stuff, and went shopping for groceries and other things for my room

tuesday (8/17/21)

FIRST DAY OF COSMETOLOGY SCHOOL AH

I rode the bus to school and then mom surprised me at the parking lot with a donut for me it was a really nice surprise.

mom took me to lunch first day too lots of fun.

FIRST DAY HIGHLIGHTS:

everyone there was so so nice. I loved everyone. the students and the teachers, really fun environment.

I had to introduce myself in front of the whole school and when I said I was from Nebraska this guy (who has been going to school there for a while) freaked out and got so excited and told me he was from there too. the rest of the day when I would see him he would tell all his friends THATS THE GIRL FROM NEBRASKA. so funny

first day we just went over school rules and stuff... BORING. haha 

and my teacher did a demo of washing and drying hair. 

wednesday (8/18/21)

today at school we washed each others hair and blow dried it. the girl who did my hair didnt wash all my hair out and I went home with gross hair hahah it was kinda annoying. 

FUNNIEST STORY

me and my mom went to the byu creamery and got ice cream this man (purple shirt) went up to the lady at that table and asked if he could join her. she said my husband is coming but you can sit with us. he then walked away to get a drink and the husband came over and looked so concerned and said who's that. the lady explained that he asked to sit there and she offered. he looked very weirded out. then the man came back and there was a chair at the table and me and mom thought he would sit on the chair at the end but he moved the chair to our table and then asked to sit by her. hahhahhahha it was so so weird.

my mom left Thursday morning so we had to say goodbye Wednesday night it was so so sad

thursday (8/19/21)

hair school! today we did curls on our mannequins heads!

this is bearded aiden (thats what the box called him) hahha

I also went to lunch with a bunch of girls from school which was a lot of fun.

that night I went to my friend Mariahs house and had dinner with her and her husband it was so fun.

friday (8/20/21)

at school we did some more curls and braids on our dolls

when I did the hair style (first and second one down below) my teacher came over to check and she was like "how did you do that ?! its so pretty" so I taught her how to do that braid hahahah. 

that night I just watched Netflix in my apartment on my own.

Saturday (8/21/21)

school on Saturdays is def something im gonna have to get used to. this day was so fun tho we did scalp treatments on each other now my hair is so nice and soft. 

a girl named hayley did my hair I like her a lot. 

grandma and grandpa came to visit me and took me to chick fil a so nice of them.

thennn I hung out with my friend Danielle from Omaha that was so fun. I don't have a picture sorry

sunday (8/22/21)

my roommate Anna came in the morning to go to church with me. she isn't gonna spend the night at the apartment until school starts bc she lives close. 

she was really nice I don't have a picture sorryyyy. 

there was NO cute boys at church so disappointing hahaha.

my actual roommate roommate (Leslie) stopped by today and brought some stuff. we are gonna decorate the living room later today. I love love love her. I can tell we are gonna be good friends so excited about that.
