 Monday 1/31/22

I went to the library and studied the Book of Mormon and read more in my book called the art of letting go. 

I was reading in Mosiah and what I learned or got out of it was 

  • remember God always and be mindful of him. remember him through the good and the bad.
  • TRUST IN GOD
  • we should desire to grow closer to Christ and our Heavenly Father. Desire to KNOW him.

then that night I went rollerskating with my friend fayth

I fell once but thats it!! hahaha

Tuesday 2/1/22

went to school and also studied in alma. 

what I got out of reading today was

  • the lord hears you and he loves you and he will strengthen you. 
  • the lord will NEVER fail you. trust in him.

after school I spent my night listening to a byu devotional on my computer and chilled. 

thoughts from the devotional: (bound securely to the savior by Camille Johnson)

  • trust in the lord ENTIRELY
  • he knows your potential perfectly and will take you places you could never imagine
  • be more like the savior
  • the best of life is TODAY
  • focus on eternal life and happiness with God and Christ
  • make time for the lord
  • trust in him. trust in him. trust in him.











Wednesday 2/2/22

Book of Mormon study:

  • all things good come from God
  • God will deliver you
  • God will fulfill all things that are right 
  • the lord will bless you
  • he loves you individually 
  • prove to Christ how much you love him.
that night I went country dancing on a double date. my friend and her boyfriend and then I went with her boyfriends best friend
 
he wasn't my type but I still had fun!

Thursday 2/3/22

Book of Mormon study:

  • God is: full of grace, equality, and truth, full of patience, mercy, and long suffering
  • God answers our prayers
I got my nails done today at school! my friend did them. 













then I went on a date that night. we got pizza and went to the byu basketball game and then watched some bachelor at his apartment. it was fun probably won't go out with him again tho. 

Friday 2/4/22

Book of Mormon:

  • there is a true and living God and he is the way
  • Christ is the foundation of the world
that night I went on a date. I was really excited for this date because I thought the guy was reallyyyy cute. we went to the nickel arcade (my go to date spot haha)

just so you know I WON the most tickets so yeah.

we got a little turtle made out of shells and then a skateboard for him too hahahah. we named him Franklin and yeah here he is

then we went to my apartment and made Dino Nuggets wooo. we talked and I really connected with him and enjoyed talking with him. like we just clicked. 

then we got milkshakes at sonic. and HE SANG TO ME IN THE CAR and he was SO GOOD.

it was overall def top date on my list or at the top. 








Saturday 2/5/22

Book of Mormon:

  • DESIRE the lord
  • listen to promptings immediately 
  • pray!! pour your heart out
  • the lord will strengthen us
  • the lord will bless you, turn to him
  • the lord will deliver you
I went to dinner with Abes family, grandma and grandpa, and ben. so fun to see them all. 





















that night I went to a puppy store with Brian (the guy I went out with Friday) and we played with puppies. I fell in love with this dog and want it so bad but I cant have in :((























then we played the game 'we're not really strangers' (im obsessed with this game)

it was a really good night:)

Sunday 2/6/22

church was so good!!! I bore my testimony.

here's some notes I took in church

  • don't put mortal limits on a immortal God who loves you
  • for with God nothing shall be impossible
  • God has something great in store for you, greater than you can imagine
  • expect great things will happen to you when you turn to God (they will ive seen it)
  • the covenants in the temple bind us to christ
  • christ loves us deeply and individually because he knows us perfectly and individually. 
  • build up your relationship with christ
  • when you pray have a conversation, talk to him, he wants to hear you. make your prayers personal
  • don't take things for granted
  • the temple is a place of safety. 
  • consistently think and ACKNOWLEDGE things that you are grateful for. all that comes from God.

that night I FaceTimed Brian for 4 HOURS and we read the Book of Mormon together

such a good week!!! love you all. center your life with christ.

last week in ne 8/15/21 LAST WEEK LIVING IN NE this week was full of good and sad moments, saying goodbye to people is always so hard. i skipped school for byu football

i skipped school for byu football Monday (11/1/21) mckayla left today :(( so sad.  also a hard day I was assessed by a doctor and then they diagnosed me with OSFED (other specified feeding eating disorder) and they want me to go through treatment. don't love the idea but I do need help. just another obstacle I have to face! I can do it though.  Tuesday (11/2/21) I hung out with Adam. I didn't take any pictures tho so sorry haha.   new roommate(s) im back in provo after Taylor.. I miss her. but I know she would want me to be happy and have fun so I have been I hung out with my friend Emma a lottt so get used to seeing her face! so me and Emma got together to text Kessler happy birthday (she was my moral support) trying to happy birthday my way back into his life! it all seemed like a great idea, im being nice to wish him a happy birthday he'd be really rude to not answer but we didnt think he was that rude, then id have a boyfriend soon! we didnt consider that he could've blocked me tho...
