lets go to the beach-each

after 4 years we finally made it back to oregon!!! we can thank covid for how long it took us to finally reunite with our family #thankscovid

7/29/22

I had the BEST view on my flight

I made it to Oregon safely as well as my family!

7/30/22

today we got to check into our house in Lincoln City so we decided to drive through seaside and stopped at the Tillamook cheese factory

we went to an aquarium at seaside

we got to feed the seals, it was hard for me
though because their food looked so yummy

there was a touch tank and I touched everything hahah

then mom made us walk on the beach

super good family picture it was sooo sunny

mom made us all get into this huge hole for a picture

and then we struggled a lot getting the sand off our feet I hate the beach bc of that

we waited a year for ice cream

I was really excited to feed this cow

Luke was really excited to milk this cow

we made it to our house!

mom made us all look at baby deer

me and dad went grocery shopping and here are the highlights:

some lady put her stuff in our cart bc she thought it was hers and we had to carefully sneak her stuff into her cart and then ran away it was so funny
we had to squeeze all our stuff into this tiny cart bc dad got a weird one

the self check out machine was horrible and you have to keep all your items in the bagging area until the end.... that was a struggle

7/31/22

we went to church and dad had us sit in the veryyyyy last row in the back of the gym.. I mean im not complaining but it was funny

alright everyone we noticed the little kids when they are playing on the beach they squat down but like so far down and their butts are like centimeters away from the ground and I truly dont know how they go that far down

beach day #2

but before we went to the beach we haddd to play bingo

but heres some cousin pictures first

dad and the kids dug a hole I dont have any good pictures of it though

ME LUKE AND EMMA MATCHED WITH RON JON SHIRTS ON ACCIDENT!!!

me and Emma were laying on the blanket on the beach and we heard music and were like where's that coming from.. we stood up and there's some dude playing his guitar and singing so heres a picture of Luke with him in the background

alsooo as we were laying there gpa was laying there too and he threw like a little piece of charcoal at me hahahah and it was so soft I thought a seagull pooped on me. I was SOOO worried. I tell Emma "Emma!! I think a bird just pooped on me.. come here look on my back" I lay there so still as Emma looked for bird poop on me and gpa is in the back just laughing. he gave me a heart attack

then we went to moes for dinner

me and Claire found this cute statue (viewers discretion is advised)

me and Luke also drew pictures of each other!!

we did so good they look just like us. we should really be artists

Luke, Logan, Seth, Emma, Adrianna, Alyssa, and I practiced our table etiquette skills at dinner the whole time.

backstory: Emma and Luke had to go to a table etiquette class before mini missions and they were taught that when you pass a pitcher of water to pass it with the handle facing the person so they can grab the handle, AND you should always pass things to the right.

soooo we did just that we passed the pitcher to the right around the table making sure the handle was facing each other. we timed ourselves too.. our best time was 10 seconds 😎

that night we watched the bachelorette and it was a little stressful because we couldn't get the tv to work so we missed a bunch of it

8/2/22

whale watchingggg *insert dory whale noises

before I get into the whale watching take a moment to appreciate my dads hair on the drive to whale watching

Luke, Emma and I each took a photo copying this whale

me and dad were really excited

we saw a seal before we got on the boat

and lizzy liked looking at the dead fish so heres them!

I have no pictures of the whales although I did see them because I was #seasick it was not a fun experience.. I dont recommend. you can ask my mom if you wanna see a whale #sorry

there was a really cute dog on the boat though and he loveddd looking at the whales he was like running around the boat getting the best view hahaha it was so funny and cute
